Corporate Development Seminars
It has been a busy 2005. Since January, Dyment & Associates has presented more than 60 programs to such organizations as Verizon, Honeywell, The Irvine Company, Wet Seal and the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park. We now have conducted over 700 presentations since we began in 1992.

Our most popular seminar requests have been for programs in Executive Coaching Techniques, Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership, and Managing Change. Similarly, our individual clients are requesting to take BarOn's Emotional Quotient-Inventory (EQ-I) to learn of their strengths and weaknesses in Emotional Intelligence.

Selection Testing
Dyment & Associates assists innovative corporations in their executive selection process. In most cases, we are called upon to assess the final three executives and to prepare an objective report to significantly increase the accuracy of the hiring decision. Executive Career Assessment
D&A Therapy offers an Executive Career Assessment Package to meet the needs of the many professionals who have either been downsized or are in transition wishing to save resources by shortening the time it takes to find a great career fit in the near future.

We are continually amazed at how long some of our clients have suffered without work or in a low paying, unsatisfying job. In some cases, it has been years. When one considers the time saved by having a focused career target, someone to be accountable to, a renewed sense of hope and a specific career seeking strategy, and a nice tax write-off (job hunting), our career assessments easily pay for themselves as well.

Individual Therapy
We love individual therapy and it has always played a prominent role in what we do. Because of our focus on emotional wellness and development we especially attract individual clientswho find themselves in times of intense transition and change. We see a diverse group of special individuals who share a kindred spirit and need.

Individual Coaching
Different from traditional therapy, coaching is future focused, short-term and centered about defining next steps, likely obstacles, brainstorming solutions and, of course, follow-through.

Our coaching clients usually already know what they want; they just need help getting there sooner not later—this year not “someday.” For some it is making 2005 the year they finally write that book, get serious about meeting the opposite sex or find a cause and an organization so that they can start giving back in a serious way.
