It has been a busy 2005. Since January, Dyment & Associates
has presented more than 60 programs to such organizations
as Verizon, Honeywell, The Irvine Company, Wet Seal and
the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park. We offer 1-hour
wellness presentations, half-day programs and off-site
full day retreats.

Intelligence and Leadership, and Managing Change.

Dr. Dyment’s work in Peru, in the Congo, with inner city
populations and in the criminal justice system provides a
reference point in offering assistance to organizations in crisis.

We assist corporations in times of great change and, in some
cases, following traumatic events. For example, we help
during times of restructuring and increased demand and,
on occasion, we are also called on-site after the death
of a manager, a robbery or a workplace shooting.

Dyment & Associates is frequently called upon to assess
job finalists and to prepare an objective report that
significantly increases the accuracy of the selection process.
