This incredibly versatile, personality test is used by
Dyment & Associates for in-depth team building and
career assessment. This test, now in its 5 th edition,
is computer scored and features a comprehensive
report on the individual or team participant.

Here at Dyment & Associates, we use several different 16PF reports as
needed. For example, not only does the 16PF provide a wealth of
information about each corporate team member, the 16PF Career
Report version of this test is used for career transition and selection
testing clients. In addition, on special occasions we are pleased to use
a third version of this tool, the 16PF Couples Report, for pre-marital
and marital couples counseling.
