Training Packages for interested Corporations, H.R. and Training Departments--

Our corporate Emotional Intelligence Training Program, similar to the one Dr. Dyment is implementing with a team of 2 others for 4 Starwood (Sheraton) Hotels in San Diego, includes:

  1. Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I) introductory workshop -
    "EQ and Leadership" (Seminar 1).
  2. The administration of the BarOn Emotional Quotient-
    Inventory (EQ-I) for all identified employee or
    management team members.
  3. Individual test feedback sessions.
  4. A group feedback workshop, "EQ and You" (Seminar 2).
  5. "Emotional Intelligence and Resiliency" (Seminar 3).
  6. "Emotional Intelligence and Team-Building" (Seminar 4).
  7. Individual executive coaching sessions are conducted
    by our EQ-I certified team to consolidate and maximize
    performance gains.
  8. Package also includes 2 on-line courses to strengthen identified EQ subfactors that need improvement.
    Each test-taker is free to choose which 2 of the 15
    on-line courses is most appropriate for him or her.
